My older sister got married in a beautiful wedding this weekend.
We had a great time, but probably my favorite part *ahem other than cocktail hour* was the photobooth guest book. I haven't been in a photobooth in years; mostly because they have been replaced by those creepy/expensive draw your picture booths. You know the ones I'm talking about right? I'm not sure whose idea it was that a pencil sketch paper was better than 4 funny/awkward pictures, but I much prefer the photobooth.
Sadly I couldn't stay at the reception too long since little man had a bedtime curfew, but I managed to drag my little family into the booth a few times with fairly amusing and cute end results.
Seester and I went first. Please note that seester aka TaTa has been to 10x the number of weddings that I have. She was trying to give me her wedding posing tips in the photobooth. After seeing the bridal party pics last night though she informed me that I have some work to do before her wedding.
Riley might have been the most frequent user of the night. I took her once. TG took her after I had left. Then I discovered that she suckered my parents into it too. Don't be concerned by the creepy hand pinning her down in the photos. We were trying to get her to fit in the frame, look at the camera and hold still at the same time. As you can see we were only 1/8 successful.
Does it get any more diva than a red boa and red rose?
I don't think TG and I have ever been into a photobooth together in the 10 years we have known each other. I think for our first time we did a pretty good job.
Those are fun pictures!
ReplyDeleteI love the photobooth idea-wish they had that around when I got married!
Such fun pics! The four of us squeezed into one while we were in Cape May. I think only 1 came out with all 4 of our heads actually in the little square! haha!
ReplyDeleteOh, photo booths rock! My sister was at a wedding this weekend with one too! Now, you had me totally giggling at the "favorite part besides happy hour!"
